This website introduces Volera Clinic and provides general information about treatment options and planning a visit to Istanbul. These website terms do not replace an individual treatment agreement, clinical consent or written quotation.
Medical information and emergencies
Articles and FAQs are educational information, not an individual diagnosis or prescription. Suitability, alternatives, risks and expected outcomes require assessment by the treating clinician. Do not delay medical care because of website content. For an emergency, contact the emergency service where you are.
Enquiries and appointments
The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. You review and send it yourself; completing the form does not confirm an appointment or treatment. An appointment is confirmed separately with the clinic. Please do not enter medical records in this form.
Plans, quotations and follow-up
Confirm the exact treatment, costs, inclusions, payment arrangements, any cancellation or refund terms, and follow-up in an individual written proposal before agreeing to care. Website descriptions are not a fixed package or a guarantee of availability, recovery time or outcome.
Photographs and illustrations
Results vary between individuals. Patient photographs do not promise the same result for another person. AI editorial illustrations are labelled and are not clinical evidence. Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights; obtain permission before reusing materials beyond uses allowed by law.
